Received Jerry’s call (third) shortly after registering my request for my pressure tank. While each company referred quickly recognized the issue, Jerry’s had the best price for the service. One company gave me a price for the tank (which was twice as much) but wouldn’t quote labor until he saw the job. Jerry’s was able to provide me a turnkey price on the phone. Finally, although the manufacturers paperwork did not clearly identify the five year warranty period, the technician (Steven) quickly prepared a 5 year warranty on Jerry’s letterhead which I was pleased with.

Jerry was very honest and forthright with all our dealings. When we had pre-purchased some fixtures that didn’t go together, he loaded them on his truck and made the exchange for us. He may or may not be the cheapest, but he and his guys do QUALITY work, are respectful and honest. We have called him back for other work and will continue to call him for remodeling needs or refer him to everyone in our subdivision.

I called them with an emergency water heater problem. They were on another job and told me what to do until they could get to me. They called to let me know their timing on the other job and what time they would get to me. They solved the problem immediately, very professionally and with a reasonable price.
